Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility Criteria

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • The product must remain in its original packaging with all tags, security seals, and protective boxes intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order receipt or order ID) must be provided.

Return Timeframe

You have [7 DAYS] from the date of package delivery to request a return or exchange for an eligible product.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately within [48 HOURS] of delivery at info@swift-cart.co.in. Please include a clear unboxing video or photographs showing the damage/defect along with your Order ID so we can dispatch a free replacement or initiate a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories cannot be returned once delivered:

  • Personal care, cosmetics, haircare, or skincare items.

  • Innerwear, swimwear, or intimates.

  • Perishable goods or custom-personalized items.

  • Items purchased on clearance or final-sale events.

Return Process & Refund Timing

  1. Initiate Request: Email us at info@swift-cart.co.in with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Reverse Pickup: Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the parcel from your original delivery address within [2-3 BUSINESS DAYS].

  3. Quality Check: Once received at our warehouse, the item will undergo a physical quality inspection within [48 HOURS].

  4. Refund Disbursement: Upon successful verification, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (or via UPI/Bank Transfer for COD orders) within [5-7 BUSINESS DAYS].

Return Shipping Costs

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, SwiftCart covers all reverse pickup charges. For standard voluntary returns or size exchanges, a minimal reverse logistics fee of [₹100/Free] may be deducted from the final refund amount.
